AUBREY ECKLEY
Aubrey is part of a team in Southern Spain that is focused on serving and blessing the immigrant population. In her role as a Serge Apprentice, she will act as a support to the team and a learner of the work that is done there.
Aubrey was a military kid growing up, which involved moving every few years, and it was from these experiences that she began to realize her deeply rooted passion for understanding people of various backgrounds and walks of life, and her desire to seek out those who could be characterized as lost and struggling with a sense of belonging. After Aubrey experienced an internship overseas that greatly impacted her view of herself and humanity, it became more evident that the divine nature that instilled in her a desire to seek the lost was inspiring her to step into a life solely dedicated to this passion. Thus came the opportunity of the Apprenticeship.
Aubrey is passionate about learning more about the community in Southern Spain, how to care for it well, and spurring on the hearts of those in her own hometown to see what beautiful and heavenly works are being accomplished in this part of the world.
